We recommend taking 1 tablet daily with a glass of water, preferably during a meal. Our small tablets are just 11 mm in diameter, making them easy to swallow and ingest.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day with a glass of water, preferably during a meal.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage
Keep in a cold and dry place. Avoid exposure to heat sources, direct light and humid environments. The minimum shelf life refers to the intact product, correctly stored.
