Ingredients
Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium oxide, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), ferrous gluconate, zinc gluconate, niacin (nicotinamide), manganese gluconate, vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopherol acetate), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), copper gluconate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), chromium picolinate, folic acid Quatrefolic® (pteroyl glutamic acid), potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, L-selenomethionine, D-biotin, vitamin K2 (menaquinone), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
Directions
Recommended dose: 1 tablet per day.
