Vitamin B-Complex 180 tablets is a food supplement containing B vitamins.
Vitamin B1, together with B2, B6 and B12, contributes to the normal energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal function of your heart. Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal red blood cells and the normal iron metabolism, as well as to the protection of cells form oxidative stress. Vitamin B2, combined with vitamin B6 and B12, also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6, combined with vitamin B12, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the normal formation of red blood cells. Vitamin B12 has a role in the process of cell division.

Directions
Recommended dose: 1 capsule per day with water.
