Ingredients
L-leucine, L-valine; L-isoleucine; thickener: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).
Directions
We recommend taking 5 tablets a day with a glass of water or other beverage of your choice 30–40 minutes before training or competition, or immediately afterwards. On days when there is no sporting activity, the product can be taken at any time of the day.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach and sight of children below 3 years old. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy and in children or for prolonged periods without medical advice.
Storage
Store in a cold, dry place. Avoid exposure to heat sources, direct light and humid environments. The date of minimum durability refers to the whole product, correctly stored.
