Ingredients
Glucomannan (Amorphophallus Konjac K. Koch) root dry extract, vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); inulin, vitamin B3 (Niacin), chromium picolinate.
How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules 3 times a day with 1-2 large glasses of water thirty minutes before main meals.
