Lion’s Mane is a food supplement based on the Hericium erinaceus “Lion’s mane” mushroom.
Our lion mane tablets contain 2000mg of lions mane mushroom and provide 50% of our daily requirement of polyphenols. We have added the equivalent of 30mg of black pepper to our highly concentrated lion’s mane supplement (lion’s mane extract powder 25:1) to increase bioavailability and improve absorption. All you need to do is take just 1 lion mane mushroom tablet a day for your daily well-being.
Lion’s mane mushroom contains minerals including magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, vitamins and folate, and is particularly rich in vitamin B6. According to EFSA, folate and magnesium contribute to normal psychological function and selenium to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. In addition, vitamin B (B6) contributes to the normal function of the immune and nervous systems, to the synthesis of cysteine and to the metabolism of homocysteine.

Ingredients
Lion’s mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus (Bull.) Pers.) extract 25:1, black pepper (Piper nigrum (L.)) extract 4:1, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose.
How to use
One tablet per day with water is recommended.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not give to children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended to replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage
Keep in a cold and dry place. Avoid exposure to heat sources, direct light and humid environments. The minimum shelf life applies to the undamaged and properly stored product.
