Our food supplement contains 150 mcg (150 µg) iodine (from potassium iodide, KI) and 100 mcg (100 µg) selenium per daily dose. We only use selenium from L-methionine, a high-quality source of selenium. The daily dose is 2 tablets. Each pack contains 160 tablets, for more than 2 months' supply.
Iodine contributes to the normal cognitive function, the normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal function of the nervous system. Selenium contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal function of the immune system. Selenium also supports hair and nails.
The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 2 microtablets.

2 tablets a day are recommended. The intake of the supplement varies depending on the individual's specific condition.
