Ingredients
Magtein® magnesium L-threonate, vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), thickener: microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
How to use
Take 3 capsules a day with plenty of water, preferably on a full stomach or as advised by your doctor (2 capsules in daytime and 1 capsule one hour before sleep).
Warnings
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Product for adults. Do not use this product during pregnancy and breastfeeding. In the case of pharmacological treatment, medical advice should be sought before use. Like other magnesium products, Magtein® magnesium L-threonate may induce sleepiness, drowsiness or headaches. Reduce the dosage, consult a doctor or discontinue use if conditions persist for more than one week.
Storage
Keep in a cold and dry place. Avoid exposure to heat sources, direct light and humid environments. The minimum shelf life refers to the intact product, correctly stored.
