Each microtablet is optimally high-dosed with 125 µg (5000 IU) vitamin D and 100 µg vitamin K2 MK-7.
Vitamin D contributes to maintaining adequate calcium metabolism, which is essential for bones and teeth, to maintaining the normal functioning of the immune system and the correct functioning of the muscles. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones and cartilage. Vitamin K2 MK-7 Menaquinone-7 is the most bioavailable form of vitamin K2.

How to use
It is recommended to take one tablet every 5 days. The intake of the supplement varies depending on the individual's specific condition.

Storage
