Each capsule contains 30 mg of iron enclosed in highly bioavailable liposomes, along with Vitamin C and B12, which support normal energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Folic acid completes the blend, promoting the physiological formation of red blood cells.
Liposomal iron is transported by phospholipids that protect the mineral until it reaches the intestine, ensuring superior assimilation compared to traditional forms. Vitamin A promotes normal iron metabolism, while B6 supports the formation of red blood cells for a balanced nutritional intake.
