Ingredients
Magnesium glycinate, vegetable capsule (coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
How to use
It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day, preferably with a meal or as advised by your doctor.
