Ingredients
Creapure® (Creatine Monohydrate).
Directions
Add 1/2 scoop (3.4 g) to a glass of water or other non-carbonated beverage and take once daily. For athletes’ diets, the daily intake can be doubled 6 g for no more than one month. Contains scoop.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach and sight of children below 3 years old. Do not use during pregnancy and in children or otherwise for prolonged periods without seeking medical advice. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only.
Storage
Store in a cold, dry place. Avoid exposure to heat sources, direct light and humid environments. The minimum shelf life refers to the intact, properly stored product.
