How to use
Add 1/2 scoop (3.4 g) to a glass of water or other non-carbonated beverage and take once daily. For athletes’ diets, the daily intake can be doubled to 6 g for no more than one month. Contains scoop.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy.
