Omega 3 is a food supplement that provides 360 mg of Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and 240 mg of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), which contribute to the normal cardiac function. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. It also provides vitamin E (6.8 mg per daily dose), which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
