Ingredients
L-leucine, L-valine; L-isoleucine; thickener: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids; Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).
How to use
It is recommended to take 5 tablets daily with a glass of water or other beverage at your choice 30-40 minutes before training or competition, or immediately afterwards. On days with no sport activity, the product can be taken at any time.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach and sight of children below 3 years old. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy and in children or for prolonged periods without medical advice.
Storage
