Fucus Kelp Algae is a food supplement based on iodine. Iodine contributes to normal cognitive function, normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal function of the nervous system. Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, brown marine algae thallus (Fucus vesciculus L.) dry extract 0.1% in organic iodine, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
High-dose food supplement with 225 mcg (225 µg) of iodine (from dry brown seaweed dry extract, titrated to 0.1% in iodine) for each tablet. The daily dose is 1 tablet. Practical pack of 365 tablets, for one year of coverage.

Directions
Recommended dose: 1 tablet per day.
