This liquid liposomal dietary supplement contains 1000 mcg (40000% NRV) of Vitamin B12 per 5 mL (daily dose). The 250 mL bottle comes with a convenient measuring cap for easy dosing. The product can be taken as is or diluted in water or another beverage of choice.

Ingredients
Water, humectant: glycerol; sweetener: xylitol; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, acidifier: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), flavouring, anti-caking agent: xanthan gum.
Directions
We recommend taking 5 ml once a day. The product can be taken as it is or diluted in water or another beverage of your choice. Shake before use.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to heat, direct sunlight, and humid environments. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 2 months.
