Liposomal Magnesium is a dietary supplement of liquid liposomal magnesium with a high dosage and high bioavailability. Liposomal Magnesium allows increased absorption of Magnesium by the body.
It can be used in cases of stress, tiredness, headaches, irritability, nervousness, premenstrual syndrome, bone fragility or calcium deficiency, constipation, muscle spasms and cramps, muscle pain, difficulty falling asleep or restless sleep.

Ingredients
Water, Magnesium L-Pidolate, sweetener: xylitol; glycerol, flavouring, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; antioxidant: E307 (alpha-tocopherol); acidifier: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; anti-caking agent: xanthan gum.
Directions
It is recommended to take 10 ml once a day. The product can be taken as it is or diluted in water or another beverage of your choice. Shake before use.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
Storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to heat, direct sunlight, and humid environments. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 2 months.
